Words of Encouragement

We all struggled through some hard times. Whether it’s a deadline, relationship problems, or it’s just the stress building up inside of us. Maybe you’re going through that right now, and that’s okay. It’s a part of life.

If you’re feeling down, don’t worry about it. What happened to you is in the past and it’s gone. It’s done. You’re in the present now and you have to look forward into the future. If you’re worried about what’s going to happen later, then practice practice practice. Not everything is perfect but practice makes close to perfection.

Believe in yourself. You shouldn’t put yourself down for things that you think you can’t do. Unless it’s world domination. In that case you should consider going for something a little smaller.

If you have a goal, you should work for it. People aren’t just going to give you what you want if you don’t put dedication into it. If it seems like you put too much work into it, you should consider planning your work. Conflicting schedules can be a problem for everyone, you just need to manage your time better.

No one’s obliged to compliment on your work. Taking a lot of time on a project can seem unreasonable but if you yourself is satisfied with the result, then it’s all worth it. Don’t worry about what anyone else thinks of it. It’s what you think. Constructive criticism is another thing. If they’re just blandly insulting your work, ignore them. People who criticize your work will want to make it better.
